  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Boiled eggs - 4 large
  • Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Tomato - 1 medium, chopped
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Green chili - 1, finely chopped
  • Curry powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) - 100 grams, grated
  • Water - 50 ml

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then place it on a baking tray.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they sizzle, add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chili; cook for another minute.
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes, curry powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add boiled eggs (cut into quarters) and water to the pan, gently mixing to coat the eggs in the curry. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Spread the egg curry mixture evenly over the rolled pizza dough.
  8. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the curry layer.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
