- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon

- Cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) - 100 grams, grated
- Water - 50 ml
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then place it on a baking tray.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they sizzle, add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chili; cook for another minute.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, curry powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add boiled eggs (cut into quarters) and water to the pan, gently mixing to coat the eggs in the curry. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Spread the egg curry mixture evenly over the rolled pizza dough.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the curry layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
