- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- For Curry:
- Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
- Tomato - 1 medium, pureed
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coconut milk - 200 ml
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, salt, and water to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine the chopped spinach, crumbled cottage cheese, grated ginger, and cumin powder. Mix well and set aside.
- Divide the dough into small balls (about 10 pieces). Roll each ball into a small circle, place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center, and fold the dough over to seal the dumpling.
- Prepare a steamer and steam the dumplings for about 15 minutes until cooked through. Set aside.
- In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the pureed tomato, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
- Add the coconut milk and bring the mixture to a simmer. Stir in the garam masala and adjust salt to taste.
- Gently add the steamed dumplings to the curry and let them simmer for 5 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander.
