- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

- Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon

- Cheese (mozzarella or Indian cheese) - 150 grams
- Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Pizza sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili, then sauté for another minute.
- Add the boiled and peeled potatoes, breaking them into small pieces. Mix in coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes, allowing the spices to coat the potatoes well.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped tomatoes and fresh coriander leaves. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a round shape, about 10 inches in diameter, and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Spread the spiced potato mixture over the pizza sauce.
- Sprinkle the cheese generously over the potato mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Once baked, remove from the oven, sprinkle with chaat masala, and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional coriander if desired.
