Ingredients

  • Dried mango - 100 grams
  • Dried apricots - 100 grams
  • Dried figs - 50 grams
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water - 100 milliliters

Steps

  1. Soak the dried mango, dried apricots, and dried figs in warm water for about 30 minutes to soften them.
  2. Drain the fruits and place them in a blender along with honey, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon.
  3. Blend until you achieve a smooth and thick puree.
  4. Preheat your oven to the lowest temperature setting (around 60°C or 140°F).
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the fruit puree evenly on the sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and let it dry for about 2-3 hours, checking occasionally until the fruit leather is no longer sticky to the touch.
  7. Once dried, remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  8. Cut into strips or desired shapes and store in an airtight container.
