- Water - 100 milliliters
Steps
- Soak the dried mango, dried apricots, and dried figs in warm water for about 30 minutes to soften them.
- Drain the fruits and place them in a blender along with honey, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon.
- Blend until you achieve a smooth and thick puree.
- Preheat your oven to the lowest temperature setting (around 60°C or 140°F).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the fruit puree evenly on the sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and let it dry for about 2-3 hours, checking occasionally until the fruit leather is no longer sticky to the touch.
