- Pizza sauce - 1/4 cup
- Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons (chopped)

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine besan, semolina, baking soda, turmeric powder, and salt.
- Gradually add water while whisking the mixture to form a smooth batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Grease a steaming tray or a round pizza pan with oil.
- Pour the batter into the prepared tray or pan, spreading it evenly.
- Steam the batter in a steamer or large pot with water for about 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Once steamed, let the dhokla cool slightly before removing it from the tray.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the surface of the cooled dhokla.
- Top with chopped vegetables and vegan cheese, if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until the toppings are heated through and the cheese is melted.
