  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
  • Water - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Wash the coriander and mint leaves thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt.
  2. In a blender, combine the fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili, grated ginger, lemon juice, salt, and water.
  3. Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If needed, add a little more water to reach your desired thickness.
  4. Taste the chutney and adjust the salt or lemon juice as necessary.
  5. Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl and enjoy it fresh with dhokla.
