Steps
- Begin by preparing the puris. If using store-bought puris, skip this step. If making from scratch, mix semolina with water to form a dough, roll out thin circles, and deep fry until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced cucumber, tomato, finely chopped onion, grated carrot, chopped coriander leaves, and green chilies.
- Add lemon juice, regular salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder, and chaat masala to the vegetable mixture. Toss well to combine all ingredients.
