- Sev (crispy chickpea noodles) - 30 grams
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed boiled potatoes, chopped onion, chopped tomato, coriander leaves, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Take each puri and gently crack the top to create an opening. Fill each puri with the potato mixture using a spoon.
- Drizzle a generous amount of whisked yogurt over the filled puris, covering them well.
- Add mint chutney and tamarind chutney over the yogurt according to your taste.
