- Gluten-free puris - 8 pieces
- Plain yogurt - 200 grams
- Chickpeas (cooked) - 100 grams
- Cucumber (finely chopped) - 50 grams
- Tomato (finely chopped) - 50 grams
- Red onion (finely chopped) - 30 grams
- Green chili (finely chopped) - 1 piece
- Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Mint chutney - 2 tablespoons
- Tamarind chutney - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine plain yogurt, chaat masala, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
- In another bowl, combine cooked chickpeas, cucumber, tomato, red onion, green chili, and coriander leaves. Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Take a puri and gently press down to create a small cavity. Fill each puri with the chickpea mixture.
- Top each filled puri with a spoonful of the yogurt mixture, then drizzle mint chutney and tamarind chutney over the top.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional coriander leaves if desired.
