- Vegan yogurt - 150 grams
- Tamarind chutney - 2 tablespoons
- Green chutney - 2 tablespoons
- Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
- Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black salt - to taste
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed boiled potatoes, boiled chickpeas, chopped red onion, cucumber, coriander, chaat masala, regular salt, and black salt. Mix well to create the filling.
- Prepare the vegan yogurt by whisking it until smooth. Add a pinch of salt and a dash of roasted cumin powder for flavor.
- On a serving plate, arrange the puris. Carefully break the top of each puri to create a small opening.
- Fill each puri with the potato and chickpea mixture generously.
