- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Oil - for shallow frying
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine hung curd, grated paneer, and besan until smooth.
- Add chopped green chili, grated ginger, minced garlic, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, and chopped coriander leaves to the mixture.
- Mix all the ingredients well until they form a consistent dough-like mixture.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 15 minutes to firm it up slightly.
- Once chilled, divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small patties or kebabs.
- Heat oil in a shallow frying pan over medium heat.
- Carefully place the kebabs in the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the kebabs from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
