  • Flattened rice (poha) - 100 grams
  • Yogurt (plain, unsweetened) - 200 grams
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts) - 30 grams, chopped
  • Fresh fruits (banana, apple, pomegranate) - 150 grams, diced
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Rinse the flattened rice (poha) in cold water for about 1-2 minutes to soften it, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened poha with yogurt, honey, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until combined.
  3. Add cardamom powder to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
  4. Fold in the diced fresh fruits and chopped mixed nuts, reserving some for garnish.
  5. Serve the Dahi Chura in bowls, garnished with the remaining nuts and fruits.
