  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine plain yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Cut the boneless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight for better flavor).
  3. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  4. Skewer the marinated chicken pieces onto wooden or metal skewers, brushing them lightly with olive oil.
