- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to create the marinade.
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.
- Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
