Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs - 400 grams

  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to create the marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving some space between each piece for even cooking.
  5. Grill the chicken skewers for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
