  • Boiled chickpeas - 100 grams

  • Red onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Green chili - 1, finely chopped
  • Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Regular salt - to taste
  • Sev (crispy chickpea noodles) - 30 grams
  • Pomegranate seeds - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the plain yogurt until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add lemon juice, regular salt, black salt, chaat masala, and roasted cumin powder to the yogurt, and mix well.
  3. In serving bowls, layer the boiled chickpeas, diced cucumber, diced tomato, chopped red onion, and green chili evenly.
  4. Pour the seasoned yogurt mixture over the layered ingredients in each bowl.
