- Coconut oil - 200 ml (for frying)

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder, ginger powder, turmeric powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg until well mixed.
- Dip each frog leg into the beaten egg, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Then, dredge the egg-coated frog legs in the flour mixture, pressing lightly to ensure an even coating.
- In a deep frying pan, heat coconut oil over medium-high heat until hot (about 180°C).
- Carefully place the coated frog legs in the hot oil, frying them in batches to avoid overcrowding, for about 4-5 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove the frog legs from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
