Ingredients

  • Dried cranberries - 50 grams

  • Sunflower seeds - 20 grams
  • Coconut flakes (unsweetened) - 15 grams
  • Cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the dried cranberries, raw almonds, raw walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
  2. Add the unsweetened coconut flakes, cinnamon powder, and sea salt to the bowl.
  3. Toss all the ingredients together until evenly mixed.
  4. Spread the trail mix on a baking sheet and toast in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 5-7 minutes, stirring halfway through, until fragrant.
