Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease two ramekins with ghee or coconut oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh corn kernels, coconut milk, almond flour, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth using an immersion blender or a regular blender, ensuring all ingredients are well incorporated.
