- Ginger - 1 inch piece, grated
- Curry powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat and add chopped onion, cooking until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for another 2 minutes until fragrant.

- Add the coconut milk and lime juice, stirring well. Allow the soup to heat through for another 5 minutes.
