- Fresh grated coconut - 100 grams

- Ghee (clarified butter) - 1 tablespoon
- Chopped nuts (cashews, almonds) - 30 grams
Steps
- In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee over medium heat.
- Add 100 grams of grated coconut and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in 50 grams of almond flour and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, mixing well.
- Add 2 tablespoons of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder, mixing until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a greased plate, pressing it down firmly.
- Top with 30 grams of chopped nuts, pressing them gently into the mixture.
- Allow the barfi to set for at least 15 minutes before cutting it into squares or diamond shapes.
