- Flattened rice (chura) - 100 grams
- Plain yogurt - 200 grams

- Roasted peanuts - 30 grams
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Chopped fresh coriander (optional) - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a large bowl, add the flattened rice (chura) and lightly rinse it under water for a few seconds to soften.
- Drain the water and let the chura sit for a couple of minutes to become fluffy.
- In another bowl, whisk the plain yogurt with honey, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Add the chopped fresh fruits and roasted peanuts to the softened chura.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the chura and fruits, and gently mix until everything is well combined.
