Steps
- Cook the chowmein noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced onion and sauté until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and shredded cabbage, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan, followed by soy sauce, green chili, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring the noodles are well coated.
