- Cheese (mozzarella or paneer, grated) - 1 cup

Steps
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the chopped onions. Sauté until they are translucent.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chili, and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the pureed tomato, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Add the cooked chickpeas and garam masala to the pan. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Remove from heat.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Spread the chickpea mixture evenly over each pizza base, leaving some space at the edges.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese generously over the chickpea layer.
- Place the pizzas on a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped cilantro, and drizzle with melted butter if desired.
