Steps
- Heat the mustard oil in a pan over medium heat until it reaches smoking point, then reduce the heat.

- Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt, mixing well.
- Introduce the cleaned shrimp and green chilies to the pan, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.
- Pour in the coconut milk, bringing it to a gentle simmer, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Sprinkle garam masala over the curry and stir well, allowing it to cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
