- Whole wheat pizza base - 1 (30 cm diameter)
- Vegan paneer - 200 grams, cubed
- Bell pepper (red or green) - 1 medium, sliced
- Onion - 1 medium, sliced
- Green chilies - 2, finely chopped
- Tomato sauce - 100 ml
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 0.5 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Cilantro - for garnish
- Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, grated
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add sliced onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add the cubed vegan paneer and sauté for another 5 minutes until slightly golden.
- Stir in the bell pepper, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base.
- Add the sautéed chili paneer mixture on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle the grated vegan mozzarella cheese evenly over the toppings.
- Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing.
- Serve hot with extra chili flakes or a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
