Ingredients

  • Whole wheat noodles - 100 grams

  • Spring onions - 2, chopped
  • Bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Carrot - 1/2, julienned
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Coriander leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Boil water in a pot and cook the whole wheat noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped green chili, sautéing until fragrant.
