  • Chicken breast - 300 grams
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Oil - 2 tablespoons (for cooking)
  • Burger buns - 2
  • Lettuce leaves - 2
  • Tomato - 1 (sliced)
  • Onion - 1 small (sliced)
  • Cucumber - 1/2 (sliced)
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Green chutney - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken breast, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and let it rest.
  3. While the chicken is resting, toast the burger buns in the same skillet until golden brown.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each burger bun, followed by lettuce leaves, the cooked chicken breast, tomato slices, onion slices, cucumber slices, and green chutney.
