- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Oil - 2 tablespoons (for cooking)
- Burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1 (sliced)
- Onion - 1 small (sliced)
- Cucumber - 1/2 (sliced)
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Green chutney - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken breast, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and let it rest.
- While the chicken is resting, toast the burger buns in the same skillet until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each burger bun, followed by lettuce leaves, the cooked chicken breast, tomato slices, onion slices, cucumber slices, and green chutney.
