  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
  • Rice flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil - for frying (about 100 ml)
  • Spring onions - 2 tablespoons (chopped) for garnish
  • Fresh coriander - 2 tablespoons (chopped) for garnish

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add green chili paste, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and cumin powder to the chicken. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. After marinating, add cornstarch and rice flour to the chicken mixture, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
