  • Yogurt - 150 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 inch, grated
  • Garam masala - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Tomato puree - 200 grams
  • Coconut cream - 100 ml

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, garam masala, cumin, paprika, and salt to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, coat well, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
