  • Spinach - 50 grams, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
  2. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger, sautéing until the onions turn translucent.
  3. Stir in chopped tomatoes and green chili, cooking until the tomatoes soften.
  4. Add diced chicken breast and cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
  5. Sprinkle in coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala, mixing well to coat the chicken.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

  8. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Stir in chopped cilantro just before serving.
