- Cashews - 2 tablespoons
- Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, crumble the chhena (fresh paneer) until smooth.
- Add sugar, semolina, cardamom powder, ghee, baking powder, and milk to the crumbled chhena and mix well until combined.
- Fold in the raisins and cashews into the mixture.
- Grease a baking dish with ghee and pour the chhena mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
