  • Chhena (fresh paneer) - 250 grams
  • Sugar - 100 grams
  • Semolina (rava) - 2 tablespoons
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ghee (clarified butter) - 2 tablespoons
  • Raisins - 2 tablespoons
  • Cashews - 2 tablespoons
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Milk - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, crumble the chhena (fresh paneer) until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, semolina, cardamom powder, ghee, baking powder, and milk to the crumbled chhena and mix well until combined.
  4. Fold in the raisins and cashews into the mixture.
  5. Grease a baking dish with ghee and pour the chhena mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Once baked, let it cool for about 10-15 minutes before slicing into pieces and serving.
