  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Chicken breast - 150 grams, diced
  • Chettinad spice mix - 2 teaspoons
  • Yogurt - 2 tablespoons
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Onion - 1 small, sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1 small, sliced
  • Fresh coriander - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix diced chicken with Chettinad spice mix, yogurt, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add the marinated chicken, and cook until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.
