- Chettinad Masala - 2 teaspoons
- Red Chili Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Coriander Leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Bread Crumbs - 4 tablespoons
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Burger Buns - 2
- Lettuce Leaves - 2
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken mince, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, Chettinad masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves, bread crumbs, and beaten egg. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each into a patty.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
- While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns in a separate pan until they are lightly golden.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top, followed by the cooked chicken patty.
- Top each patty with tomato and cucumber slices, then drizzle with lemon juice.
- Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
