  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Chettinad Masala - 2 teaspoons
  • Red Chili Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Coriander Leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Bread Crumbs - 4 tablespoons
  • Egg - 1, beaten
  • Burger Buns - 2
  • Lettuce Leaves - 2
  • Tomato - 1, sliced
  • Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken mince, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, Chettinad masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander leaves, bread crumbs, and beaten egg. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  2. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each into a patty.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
  4. While the patties are cooking, toast the burger buns in a separate pan until they are lightly golden.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top, followed by the cooked chicken patty.
  6. Top each patty with tomato and cucumber slices, then drizzle with lemon juice.
  7. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
