Ingredients
- Fresh chenna - 200 grams
- Sugar - 100 grams
- Semolina (rava) - 2 tablespoons
- Ghee (clarified butter) - 2 tablespoons
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
- Chopped nuts (cashews and almonds) - 2 tablespoons
- Raisins - 2 tablespoons
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, crumble the fresh chenna until smooth.
- Add sugar, semolina, ghee, cardamom powder, baking soda, and milk to the crumbled chenna. Mix well until fully combined.
- Fold in the chopped nuts and raisins into the mixture.
- Grease a small baking dish with ghee and pour the chenna mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before cutting into pieces.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
