- Oil (coconut or vegetable) - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Coriander leaves - for garnish
Steps
- In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
- Add mustard seeds and wait for them to splutter.
- Stir in the urad dal and sauté until it turns golden brown.
- Add the curry leaves and chopped green chili, cooking for another minute.
