- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

- Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-5 minutes, mixing occasionally.
- Stir in the garam masala and lemon juice, adjusting salt to taste.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
