  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Skewers - 4 (if wooden, soak in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, red onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
