- Chana masala spice mix - 2 teaspoons
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
- Bell pepper - 1 small, sliced

- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic, grated ginger, and diced tomato. Cook for 2-3 minutes until tomatoes soften.
- Add the drained chickpeas and chana masala spice mix. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro and lemon juice.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the chickpea mixture evenly over the pizza base.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced bell peppers.
