- Tamarind chutney - 2 tablespoons
- Mint yogurt chutney - 2 tablespoons
- Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
- Sev (crispy noodles) - 50 grams
- Pomegranate seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Start by boiling the potatoes until soft, about 15 minutes. Drain and let them cool before dicing.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, chickpeas, onion, tomato, cucumber, and fresh coriander.
