- Yogurt - 100 grams
- Tamarind chutney - 2 tablespoons

- Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon

- Sev (crunchy noodle snack) - 30 grams
- Pomegranate seeds - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, semolina, carom seeds, and salt. Gradually add water to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle. Heat oil in a pan and fry the circles until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- In a serving plate, arrange the fried papdis. Top each papdi with diced boiled potatoes and boiled chickpeas.
- Drizzle yogurt, tamarind chutney, and mint chutney over the toppings.
- Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder, and chopped coriander leaves on top.
- Finally, garnish with sev and pomegranate seeds for crunch and color. Serve immediately.
