  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, chaat masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add it to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or BBQ to medium-high heat and lightly grease the grates with olive oil.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving some space between each piece for even cooking.
