Ingredients

  • Ground chicken - 250 grams
  • Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Green chili (finely chopped) - 1 small
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Bread crumbs - 1/4 cup
  • Oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)
  • Burger buns - 2 pieces
  • Lettuce leaves - 2 pieces
  • Tomato slices - 1 medium
  • Onion slices - 1 small
  • Cucumber slices - 1 small
  • Mint chutney - 2 tablespoons
  • Yogurt - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chaat masala, garam masala, chopped cilantro, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper, and bread crumbs. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  2. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  4. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns in a separate pan until golden.
  5. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the cooked patty, tomato slices, onion slices, and cucumber slices.
  6. Spread mint chutney and yogurt on the top half of the bun, then place it on top of the assembled burger.
  7. Serve immediately with extra chutney on the side.
