- Burger buns - 2 pieces
- Lettuce leaves - 2 pieces
- Tomato slices - 1 medium
- Onion slices - 1 small
- Cucumber slices - 1 small
- Mint chutney - 2 tablespoons
- Yogurt - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chaat masala, garam masala, chopped cilantro, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, salt, black pepper, and bread crumbs. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns in a separate pan until golden.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the cooked patty, tomato slices, onion slices, and cucumber slices.
- Spread mint chutney and yogurt on the top half of the bun, then place it on top of the assembled burger.
- Serve immediately with extra chutney on the side.
