- Cauliflower florets - 300 grams
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 100 grams
- Cream cheese - 50 grams
- Unsweetened almond milk - 100 ml
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh coriander, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Paneer, cubed - 100 grams
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Steam the cauliflower florets for about 5-7 minutes until tender, then drain and let cool slightly.
- In a blender, combine the steamed cauliflower, cream cheese, almond milk, garlic powder, garam masala, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the cubed paneer and sauté until golden brown. Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower sauce with the sautéed paneer and grated cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle some extra cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
