  • Coconut cream - 100 ml
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a large pan, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.

  6. Meanwhile, in a separate pot, cook the cauliflower gnocchi according to package instructions, usually boiling for 2-3 minutes until they float.
  7. Drain the gnocchi and add them to the masala sauce, gently tossing to coat the gnocchi in the sauce.
  8. Cook together for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
