  • coconut oil - 2 tablespoons, melted
  • eggs - 2 large

  • unsweetened almond milk - 1/4 cup

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it with coconut oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cattail pollen, almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Mix well.
