- Cashews (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Raisins - 1 tablespoon
- Natural sweetener (like honey or maple syrup) - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- Wash and peel the carrots, then grate them using a grater.
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat the ghee on medium heat.
- Add the grated carrots to the pan and sauté them for about 5 minutes until they soften.
- Pour in the low-fat milk and bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer.
- Cook the mixture uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the milk reduces and thickens (about 20-25 minutes).
- Stir in the cardamom powder, natural sweetener, and a pinch of salt.
- Add the chopped almonds, cashews, and raisins, mixing well.
- Cook for another 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra chopped nuts if desired.
