Ingredients

  • Cabbage - 200 grams, finely chopped
  • Almond flour - 50 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Cheese (mozzarella) - 100 grams, shredded
  • Onion - 50 grams, finely chopped
  • Capsicum (bell pepper) - 50 grams, finely chopped
  • Tomato - 50 grams, finely chopped
  • Green chili - 1, finely chopped
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh coriander - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped cabbage, almond flour, and egg. Mix until a dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Spread the cabbage mixture onto a parchment-lined baking tray, shaping it into a round pizza crust, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden brown.
  5. While the crust is baking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions, capsicum, and green chili. Sauté until softened.
  6. Add the chopped tomato, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until well combined.
  7. Once the crust is ready, remove it from the oven and spread the sautéed vegetable mixture evenly over the top.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the vegetables.
  9. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh coriander, slice, and serve hot.
