- Tomato - 50 grams, finely chopped
- Green chili - 1, finely chopped
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon

- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh coriander - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped cabbage, almond flour, and egg. Mix until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Spread the cabbage mixture onto a parchment-lined baking tray, shaping it into a round pizza crust, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions, capsicum, and green chili. Sauté until softened.
