  • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cream - 50 ml
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Start by preparing the cabbage noodles. Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, cut it into quarters, and slice it thinly to create noodle-like strips.
  2. In a large pan, heat the ghee over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
  3. Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chili to the pan. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the turmeric and coriander powder, mixing well before adding the spinach. Cook until the spinach wilts down, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the cream to the spinach mixture, stirring to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. In a separate pot, boil water and add the cabbage noodles. Cook for 3-4 minutes until tender but still firm.
