Ingredients

  • Cabbage - 200 grams, finely chopped
  • Cauliflower rice - 200 grams
  • Ghee - 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger - 1 inch, grated
  • Green chili - 1, slit
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh coriander - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, and sauté until they start to crackle.
  3. Add grated ginger and slit green chili, and sauté for another minute.
  4. Stir in the finely chopped cabbage, turmeric powder, and salt; cook until the cabbage is slightly tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cauliflower rice and mix well.
  6. Cover and cook for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is soft and the cauliflower rice is cooked.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
