- Cabbage - 200 grams, finely chopped
- Cauliflower rice - 200 grams
- Ghee - 2 tablespoons
- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger - 1 inch, grated
- Green chili - 1, slit
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Fresh coriander - for garnish
Steps
- Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, and sauté until they start to crackle.
- Add grated ginger and slit green chili, and sauté for another minute.
- Stir in the finely chopped cabbage, turmeric powder, and salt; cook until the cabbage is slightly tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add the cauliflower rice and mix well.
- Cover and cook for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is soft and the cauliflower rice is cooked.
- Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
