- Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon

- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).
